IPL 2024 Auction Live Updates: It has been an enthralling day at the IPL 2024 Auction. Unprecedented scenes were there for all to see as for the first time, Rs 20 crore mark was breached. First, Pat Cummins went for Rs 20.50 crore to SRH to become the first player ever to breach the Rs 20-crore mark. Then Mitchell Starc broke that record and was roped in by KKR for a whopping Rs 24.75 crore - the highest-ever price for an IPL player ever! Harshal Patel has been the costliest Indian player so far as he was roped in by PBKS for Rs 11.75 crore. Uncapped batter Sameer Rizvi (Rs 8.4 crore, CSK) has sprung a surprise.
