Unicommerce Q1 Profit Increases 20% YoY To 4.7 Cr

Ecommerce SaaS company Unicommerce posted a 20% increase in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27 (Q1 FY27) to ₹4.7 Cr from ₹3.9 Cr in the previous-year quarter. Sequentially, the company’s profit increased 37.5% from ₹3.4 Cr.
Revenue from contract with customers grew 14.3% to ₹51.4 Cr during the quarter under review from ₹44.9 Cr in Q1 FY26. On a quarterly basis, it dropped marginally by 0.5% from ₹51.6 Cr.
Including other income of ₹1.4 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at ₹52.8 Cr. Meanwhile, Unicommerce’s total expenditure increased 19% YoY at ₹48.2 Cr.
“We’re pleased to start FY27 with continued momentum. Our revenue grew 14.3% YoY to ₹51.4 crore, driven by double-digit growth across both Uniware and Shipway. This sustained improvement reflects our platform strength, execution discipline, and the opportunity ahead,” managing director and CEO Kapil Makhija said.
