Plastics Pollution Dialogue advances discussion on key focus areas towards MC14 outcome

Members involved in the Dialogue on Plastics Pollution and Environmentally Sustainable Plastics Trade (DPP) gathered on 31 October to discuss three main areas: enhancing transparency in plastics trade flows, identifying potential best practices, and improving access to relevant technologies and services, including for environmentally sound waste management. These topics are part of eight key focus areas established earlier this year. The DPP discussions are intended to contribute to significant outcomes in addressing plastics pollution at the upcoming 14th Ministerial Conference (MC14).
