A Delhi Court on Monday sent chief minister Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody till April 15 in the excise policy scam case. The Enforcement Directorate produced the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo before special CBI judge Kaveri Baweja.During the hearing at the Rouse Avenue Court, Additional solicitor general SV Raju noted that the federal agency is not seeking any further custody of the Delhi chief minister. Rather, the ASG said that, “we’re asking for judicial custody”.
