EV Manufacturer Omega Seiki Raises Additional ₹50 Cr To Accelerate International Expansion

Weeks after announcing fresh capital raise, EV manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has secured an additional ₹50 Cr ($5.2 Mn) in a fresh funding led by Unistone Capital’s director Abhishek Misra and with participation from Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, Brijesh Parekh Family Office, among others.
This is the second funding announcement to come from Omega within a month. Earlier in July, OSM raised ₹50 Cr from Saket Aggarwal Family Office, Securocorp Securities, angel investors Sangeeta Pareekh and Vanshika Sharma.
The entire corpus of fresh capital will help the company expand its manufacturing capacity, strengthen R&D, enhance nationwide dealer and service network, while also accelerating the rollout of next-generation electric mobility solutions.
Founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, OSM is an EV manufacturer working across multiple vehicle categories including two-wheelers, cargo and passenger three-wheelers, and trucks tailored for commercial use. Its EV models include Rage+, Stream, and Mopido.
It operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and aims to build a broader electric mobility ecosystem spanning manufacturing, distribution and servicing.
It is part of a consortium of global family-owned businesses, The Anglian Omega Network, which is present in six countries, namely India, UAE, Switzerland, Thailand, Japan and Hong- Kong. Anglian Omega Group consists of more than 20 companies.
OSM currently operates 150 touchpoints across India and is planning to expand its network to 250 by FY28.
Further, it is looking to expand its footprint beyond India, with a key focus in regions in Africa. In August 2025, OSM commenced its first overseas manufacturing plant in Jafza, Dubai.
“As India’s EV market enters its next phase of growth, we remain focused on building scalable electric mobility solutions that create long-term value for our customers, partners, and investors,” Narang said.
OSM competes with players such as Mahindra Electric, Euler Motors, Altigreen, and Piaggio Vehicles.
While its peers largely doubled down on cargo EVs, OSM built a broader product stack across cargo three-wheelers, passenger EVs, premium two-wheelers, and light commercial vehicles.
On the financial side, OSM claims that its top line for the fiscal year FY26 stood at ₹333 Cr while it registered a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹7.3 Cr with an 7.7% EBITDA margin.
