GFF 2026: Here Are The New Launches Announced On Day 3

The Global Fintech Festival (GFF) 2026 came to a close today with three days of conversations, launches, and partnerships. Following a day focused on partnership announcements between traditional financial institutions and fintech and AI startups, the ecosystem continued to capitalise on the momentum to roll out another wave of new developments.
Here are some of the top launches from the final day of GFF 2026…
BharatPeX Launches Enterprise Payment Gateway with Dynamic Routing
BharatPe’s enterprise payments division BharatPeX launched a payment gateway targeting ecommerce and fintechs enterprises.
The platform offers a single integration supporting over 100 payment options, including UPI, cards, net banking, and bank transfers via IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS. It consolidates checkout, settlements, refunds, payouts, and automated reconciliation into a unified operational dashboard.
It also features a dynamic routing engine that directs transactions to acquiring bank partners based on real-time success rates, card BIN performance as well as service availability.
Additionally, the BharatPeX Payment Gateway offers capabilities like native OTP, tokenisation and CVV-less payment experiences, as well as EMI options, recurring payments, and virtual account tracking.
PayU Rolls Out Agent HQ for SMB Merchants
Prosus-owned fintech startup PayU launched Agent HQ, an AI agent storefront designed to help small and medium business (SMB) merchants deploy autonomous agents across sales, marketing, and operations.
As search traffic transitions toward GenAI platforms, Agent HQ enables merchants to make their product catalogs discoverable and transactable directly on AI search systems like ChatGPT and Claude.
The no-code tool integrates directly into existing PayU dashboard without requiring additional developer integration. It is built on historical platform data from PayU’s network of over 4.5 Lakh merchants.
“By putting a personalized team of AI agents to work across the business – from improving discoverability and driving growth to managing chargebacks, reconciliations, refunds, settlements, etc. – we want to put control back in merchants’ hands, enabling them to focus on their growth,” said PayU’s CPO Manas Mishra.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari Launches OneTag To Enable FASTag Portability
Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari launched OneTag, a portability solution for FASTags jointly developed by the Indian Highways Management Company (IHMCL) and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
As it currently stands, vehicle owners looking to switch their issuer bank must replace the physical windshield tag and undergo onboarding again. OneTag reduces this friction by enabling users retain the same tag, bringing down reissuance costs.
NPCI provides the underlying central architecture to update issuer records across the toll network. Meanwhile, users can avail the service through NHAI’s Rajmargyatra mobile app.
Existing issuer banks manage customer verification, wallet closures, refunds, and pending settlements, while the user’s selected new bank will complete the onboarding and provide services after the tag is ported. The new tag will retain the same Tag ID linked to the same vehicle registration number.
