WeWork India Q4: Profit Jumps 79% To ₹66 Cr, Revenue Up 29% YoY

Coworking space provider WeWork India’s consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 (Q4 FY26) zoomed 79.3% to ₹65.9 Cr from ₹36.7 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a QoQ basis, profit skyrocketed 294% from ₹16.8 Cr.
Operating revenue increased 29.1% to ₹696.1 Cr from ₹539.4 Cr in the same period last year. Sequentially, it increased 9.8% from ₹634.1 Cr.
Including other income of ₹9.5 Cr and finance income of ₹9.8 Cr, total income for the period under review stood at ₹715.4 Cr.
Meanwhile, total expenses stood at ₹672.3 Cr in Q4 FY26.
Shares of the company jumped following the results and were trading 6.87% higher at ₹521 on the BSE.
