Smartworks Posts ₹13 Cr Profit In Q1, Revenue Zooms 44% YoY To ₹546 Cr

Coworking space provider Smartworks posted a consolidated net profit of ₹13.1 Cr in the first quarter of FY27 as against a loss of ₹4.2 Cr in the same quarter last year. However, profit declined 21% from ₹16.6 Cr in Q4 FY26.
Operating revenue for the quarter under review jumped 44% to ₹546.2 Cr from ₹379.2 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Sequentially, it increased 5.1% from ₹519.7 Cr.
Including other income of ₹13.4 Cr, total income stood at ₹559.7 Cr in Q1 FY27.
Meanwhile, total expenses jumped 37.7% to ₹542.1 Cr from ₹393.6 in Q1 FY26.
