Shadowfax Q2 Profit Zooms Over 5X YoY To ₹68 Cr, Revenue Crosses ₹1,500 Cr

Logistics company Shadowfax reported an over 5X year-on-year (YoY) jump in its net profit for the September quarter (Q2 FY27) to ₹68 Cr from ₹13 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Sequentially, the company’s profit rose over ₹2.5 Cr from ₹65.4 Cr profit reported in the previous quarter.

Operating revenue for the quarter surged 57% YoY and 13% QoQ to ₹1,537.7 Cr. Including other income of ₹20.4 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,558.1 Cr.

Meanwhile, total expenses for the quarter rose 53% YoY to ₹1,490.2 Cr. The company didn’t bear any tax expense during the quarter under review.
