Awfis Q1 Profit More Than Doubles To ₹24 Cr, Revenue Up 27% YoY

Coworking space provider Awfis’ net profit jumped 140% to ₹24 Cr in the June quarter (Q1 FY27) from ₹10 Cr in the same quarter last year. The company’s profit remained largely flat on a sequential basis, improving about 3% from ₹23.2 Cr.
Operating revenue for the quarter under review stood increased 27% YoY and 4% QoQ to ₹424.9 Cr. Including other income of ₹24 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at ₹448.9 Cr.
Meanwhile, Awfis’ total expense for the quarter increased 24% YoY to ₹424.5 Cr.
