Early backer Qualcomm Ventures has sold 57.1 Lakh shares of listed logistics company Shadowfax via an open-market transaction for ₹157.3 Cr.

According to BSE data, the chipmaker, via its affiliate Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Limited, sold the shares at ₹275.3 apiece to rake in the amount. This represented a discount of 6.6% against the stock’s last closing price on Monday.

Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Ltd owned 2.26% stake, or 1.32 Cr shares, in Shadowfax at the end of June 2026. However, the chipmaker then diluted some of this shareholding and sold 75 Lakh shares worth ₹183.9 Cr in August.

Qualcomm Ventures first invested in Shadowfax during the logistics company’s $22 Mn Series C round in 2018, alongside Mirae Asset and Eight Roads Ventures.

This is the latest bulk deal involving Shadowfax in recent months. Since August, private equity (PE) giant TPG has offloaded Shadowfax shares worth more than ₹700 Cr across multiple bulk deals.

The bulk deals come as investors look to book profits amid a sharp uptick in Shadowfax’s stock prices. Shares of the logistics company have surged 29.3% in the past three months, and are up more than 122.91% in the last six months.

This jump has come on the back of healthy financial performance by the startup. The logistics major saw its consolidated net profit surge 8X to ₹65.4 Cr in Q1 FY27 as against ₹8 Cr in the year ago quarter. Meanwhile, operating revenue zoomed 65% YoY and 10% QoQ to ₹1,358 Cr in the quarter under review.

Following the results, Shadowfax also revised its FY27 revenue growth forecast to 38-40%, a significant jump from the 28-30% guidance projected just a quarter ago.

Founded in 2015 by Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khandelwal, Shadowfax operates a logistics network serving ecommerce, quick commerce and D2C brands. The company was listed on the stock exchanges earlier this year.

It currently operates across more than 16,372 pincodes and plans to increase its network of dark stores from 47 to 100 by March 2027 as it looks to strengthen its quick commerce business.

Shares of Shadowfax closed Monday’s trading session 0.12% lower at ₹294.75 on the BSE.
