Yatra’s Q1 Profit Crashes 98% YoY To ₹34 Lakhs

Online travel aggregator (OTA) Yatra’s consolidated net profit crashed 97.9% to ₹34 Lakhs in the first quarter (Q1) of the fiscal year 2026-27 (FY27) from nearly ₹16 Cr in the year ago quarter. On a sequential basis, profit after tax (PAT) tanked 95.9% from ₹8.2 Cr in the Q4 FY26.

The bottom line was impacted as the company’s revenue from operations declined nearly 10.4% to ₹187.9 Cr during the quarter under review from ₹209.8 Cr in Q1 FY26. Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the travel tech platform’s top line also fell a marginal 0.06% from ₹189 Cr in the preceding quarter.

Including other income of ₹4.1 Cr, Yatra’s total income for the period stood at ₹192 Cr in Q1 FY27. 

Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹191.3 Cr, down 3.6% from ₹198.3 Cr during the same period last fiscal.
