Managed workspace provider Table Space has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹800 Cr and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 6.55 Cr equity shares.

Table Space promoter AGS TS II Holdings, which is controlled by funds of global investment manager Hillhouse Investment, RSP Real Estate LLP, and individual shareholders including Srinivas Prasad, Ramachandra Venkatasubba Rao, and Narendra Kumar Kamaraju plan to offload shares via the OFS. 

Meanwhile, Table Space founder Karan Chopra and co-CEO Kunal Mehra plan to sell 13.11 Lakh and 1 Cr shares, respectively. While Chopra currently owns 12.47% stake in the company, Mehra’s share stands at 3.57% 

Hillhouse Investment, which owns nearly 41.76% stake in the company plans to offload 4.98 Cr shares.

Table Space plans to deploy ₹550 Cr from the proceeds of the fresh issue towards debt repayment. The remaining amount will be used for inorganic expansion via acquisitions and general corporate purposes.  

The company might also consider a pre-IPO round of up to ₹160 Cr, prior to filing its RHP.
