Shamrock AI Bags $5 Mn To Help Enterprises Deploy AI Agents Reliably

Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI has raised $5 Mn (about ₹47.4 Cr) in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures.
The Shillong-headquartered startup said it will use its first institutional funding round to accelerate product development, expand its team across India and the US, scale go-to-market efforts, and expand its presence in the Middle East.
Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Anuraag Nallapati, and Michael Gallagher, Shamrock AI is building an agentic assurance platform that helps large enterprises deploy AI agents across critical business processes, ensuring they operate reliably in complex environments.
Its platform uses an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph to connect business processes, systems, data, and configurations, giving AI agents context about how an enterprise operates.
The startup is initially focusing on using AI agents to automate testing across large enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations.
Shamrock AI said continuously testing and validating business processes helps its platform build an increasingly accurate representation of an enterprise’s operations. It plans to use this foundation to extend into data observability and autonomous business process automation.
The startup said it already serves multiple Fortune 500 customers, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company.
Shamrock AI expects 70%-80% of its workforce to be based in India and plans to build a client-facing team in the US. Besides its Shillong headquarters, it has offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco.
The fundraise comes amid a rise in funding for India’s AI startups. In Q3 2026, Indian AI startups raised $438 Mn across 35 deals, up 265% YoY.
Investors are bullish on startups helping enterprises put AI to work across business functions. Yesterday, Parallel Loop raised $6.6 Mn in a seed round led by 3one4 Capital to help enterprises integrate AI into existing systems and workflows.
A day earlier, Clueso raised $10 Mn in a Series A round led by Dharana Capital to automate enterprise video creation and updates using AI agents.
