Shadowfax Q1 PAT Jumps 8X To ₹65 Cr, Revenue Crosses ₹1,300 Cr Mark

Logistics major Shadowfax has recorded a 8X jump in its consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27 to ₹65.4 Cr from ₹8 Cr PAT in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, the PAT increased 17% from ₹55.8 Cr.
Operating revenue jumped 65% YoY and 10% QoQ to ₹1,358.1 Cr in the June quarter. Including other income of ₹21.1 Cr, Shadowfax’s total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,379.2 Cr.
Meanwhile, total expenditure jumped 60% YoY to ₹1,313.8 Cr in the quarter under review.
