Enterprise AI startup Parallel Loop has raised $6.6 Mn (about ₹63.1 Cr) in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures, and Economic Development Innovations Singapore.

Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED founder Kunal Shah, and former Singapore Economic Development Board chairman Philip Yeo also participated in the round, among others.

The startup plans to use the capital to strengthen its go-to-market strategy, expand its team, and scale operations, with a focus on Western markets, cofounder Prateek Jogani told Inc42.

Founded in June this year by Jogani and Yujun Chean, Parallel Loop helps mid-market and large enterprises integrate AI into their existing technology systems, processes, and workflows.

The US-headquartered startup has an entity in Bengaluru, with 85-90% of its workforce based in India, Jogani said. It has a team of 30 across Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London, and Dubai, and works with more than 12 enterprises globally. Its clients include Licious and Havells in India, and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand.

Jogani and Chean previously cofounded FairDee, a Thailand-based insurtech startup acquired by Qoala. At Qoala, Jogani served as group chief technology officer, while Chean was group chief operating officer. They helped scale the business across five Southeast Asian markets.

Parallel Loop’s Enterprise AI Play

Parallel Loop combines its AI platform with engineering teams that work alongside clients to identify use cases, integrate AI into existing systems, and build customised workflows and applications. It describes this combination of software infrastructure and engineering support as an “AI operating partner” model.

Its offerings span AI enablement, an AI stack, and a software factory. The AI enablement service helps leadership teams identify use cases and develop adoption roadmaps, while the AI stack connects existing systems and organisational data to power dashboards and automated workflows. The software factory focuses on modernising legacy systems and building new applications.

Enterprises can deploy the platform in their own cloud environment or on-premises, retaining control over data access and residency. It supports multiple AI model providers, including open-weight models.

Within these deployments, Jogani said the startup focuses on deterministic workflows in which steps follow pre-defined rules, rather than autonomous AI agents that execute tasks independently. It uses AI to develop workflows but codifies most steps, reserving AI-based decisions for tasks requiring classification or judgement. Such tasks account for around 10% of a workflow, he said.

At Havells, several hundred employees already use the platform for workflows, automations, and dashboards, according to the startup. Parallel Loop is also working with the electrical equipment maker to improve coordination among sales teams, channel partners, and influencers through AI-powered insights.

Parallel Loop’s fundraise comes amid investor interest in startups applying AI to enterprise workflows. Yesterday, Clueso raised $10 Mn in a Series A round led by Dharana Capital to expand its platform for creating and updating business videos using AI agents.

The opportunity extends across enterprise functions as businesses move beyond AI pilots to production deployments. According to Google and Inc42’s ’Bharat AI Startups Report 2026’, India’s enterprise AI market is projected to grow to $71 Bn by 2030.
