Nykaa Q1: Profit Surges Over 3X YoY To ₹79.8 Cr

Beauty and personal care (BPC) major Nykaa reported an over 3X jump in its consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27 to ₹79.8 Cr from ₹24.8 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Sequentially, profit remained almost flat compared to ₹78.8 Cr.

Operating revenue jumped 29% YoY and 5% QoQ to ₹2,782 Cr. Including other income of ₹9.3 Cr, total income for the period stood at ₹2,791.3 Cr. Meanwhile, total expenses increased 26% YoY to ₹2,662.2 Cr.

Alongside its financials, Nykaa’s board also approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in D2C skincare brand Aminu Wellness for ₹32 Cr. Founded in 2019 by Prachi Bhandari, Aminu manufactures cosmetics in house and reported a revenue of ₹19.4 Cr in FY26.
