Accel-backed fintech company Moneyview has fixed the price band for its IPO at ₹32-₹34 per equity share, with the issue set to open for public subscription on September 24 (Thursday).

At the upper end of the price band, the company is seeking a valuation of around ₹5,985 Cr ($624 Mn).

The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹750 Cr and an OFS of up to 10.05 Cr equity shares. At the upper end of the price band, the total issue size works out to around ₹1,092 Cr. The fresh issue has been cut by half from the ₹1,500 Cr proposed in Moneyview’s draft IPO papers, while the OFS has been reduced from 13.6 Cr shares.

The company filed its DRHP in March this year and received SEBI’s nod for the public issue in July

Cofounders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal plan to offload up to 1.35 Cr shares worth ₹46.06 Cr each. Other investors participating in the OFS include Tiger Global’s Internet Fund III, Accel India IV, Accel Growth IV, Crimson Winter, Ribbit Capital, NLI Strategic Venture Investment, TI JPNIN India Holdco, and DI Investment.

Anchor investors will be able to place bids on September 23, while the public issue will remain open until September 28. Moneyview is targeting a listing on October 1. The company’s shares are expected to begin trading on the BSE and the NSE on October 1.

Moneyview’s IPO valuation marks a steep markdown from its last private valuation. It entered the unicorn club in 2024 after raising $4.6 Mn at a valuation of more than $1 Bn.

The company plans to use ₹325 Cr of the fresh issue proceeds to support loan disbursals under default loss guarantee arrangements. Another ₹250 Cr will be infused into its NBFC subsidiary Whizdm Finance to augment its capital base, while the remainder will be used for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 2014 by IIT Delhi graduates Puneet and Sanjay, Moneyview operates a digital-only financial services platform focused on what it calls “Middle India”. Its offerings span personal loans, payments, investments and insurance, with personal loans remaining its flagship product. The platform had 140.28 Mn registered users and 48 financial partners as of June 30, 2026.

Moneyview has raised more than $250 Mn from investors including Accel, Tiger Global and Ribbit Capital to date. Accel was its largest shareholder, with a 21.9% stake before the IPO.
