Info Edge Q4: Profit Increases 12% To ₹756 Cr, Declares Dividend Of ₹3.60

Naukri parent Info Edge’s consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 increased 12% to ₹755.7 Cr from ₹677.9 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, profit surged 139% from ₹316.7 Cr in the previous quarter.
Operating revenue increased 16% YoY and 6% QoQ to ₹869 Cr. Including other income of ₹496 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,365 Cr.
Meanwhile, expenses for the quarter increased 6% YoY to ₹572.8 Cr.
For the full FY26, Info Edge’s profit jumped 35% to ₹1,762.8 Cr from ₹1,309.9 Cr in the previous fiscal. Revenue increased 15% YoY to ₹3,284.7 Cr.
The company’s board also approved a final dividend of ₹3.60 per share for FY26.
