GetVantage Raises ₹63 Cr To Expand Its B2B Revenue Based Financing Platform

B2B fintech startup GetVantage has raised ₹63 Cr (about $6.6 Mn) in a Series A1 funding round to expand its finance platform and increase its committed financing capacity.
The round, which constituted both equity and debt, was led by ex-RBL Bank MD Rajeev Ahuja and investment firm SanRaj Group. Existing investors including Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint also participated in the round.
With the latest round, the startup has raised over $47 Mn in funding till date from investors like Varanium Capital Advisors, InCred Capital, Sony Innovation Fund, among others.
The Mumbai-based startup said the fresh capital will be used to scale its capital gateway platform, an API-led infrastructure that enables marketplaces and logistics companies to embed financing solutions for their merchant networks.
Founded in 2019 by Amit Srivastava and Bhavik Vasa, GetVantage initially focused on revenue-based financing and has since expanded into cash-flow-based lending solutions for MSMEs.
GetVantage offers data-driven growth capital and embedded finance solutions ranging from ₹2 Lakh up to ₹20 Cr for startups, MSMEs, and ecommerce players. It provides equity-free funding through revenue-sharing agreements where repayments scale with monthly sales.
The platform uses alternative data and analytics to evaluate businesses based on their cash flows rather than relying only on collateral or traditional lending criteria.
Its financing products include term loans, business loans, and cash advances tailored to the operating cycles of small businesses. The startup claims that its capital gateway platform helps connect institutional capital with underserved MSMEs by enabling customised credit solutions through cash-flow-based underwriting and digital lending.
For context, a capital gateway is a B2B fintech infrastructure layer that connects businesses to instant working capital.
The platform claims to have aided over 2,000 businesses including Arata, Rage Coffee, The Healthy Company, and Elevar.
The investment comes at a time when the Indian MSME sector faces a credit gap of around ₹30 Lakh Cr, as small businesses struggle to access formal financing due to challenges such as collateral requirements, limited credit history, and documentation hurdles.
This gap has created opportunities for fintech startups to build digital lending platforms using alternative data, cash-flow-based underwriting, and embedded finance models to enable faster access to working capital for MSMEs.
In this ecosystem, GetVantage competes with other revenue-based financing and alternative lending platforms including Velocity, Klub, Efficient Capital Labs, among others.
