Fractal Q4: Profit Doubles YoY To ₹116 Cr

AI and advanced analytics startup Fractal reported a nearly 109% jump in net profits to ₹115.8 Cr in the fourth quarter (Q4) of the fiscal year 2025-26 (FY26) compared to ₹55.5 Cr in the year ago quarter. The bottom line improved 15.7% from ₹100.1 Cr in the preceding quarter.
The company’s revenue from operations grew 17% to ₹886.3 Cr in the quarter under review from ₹757.5 Cr in Q4 FY25. Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the top line grew a mere 3.7% from ₹854.4 Cr in Q3 FY26.
The company attributed the improvement in profits to growing revenues, improving margins and strong demand in the healthcare and life sciences and BFSI segments.
In line with the top line, expenses also grew 12% to ₹755.6 Cr in Q4 FY26 as against ₹674.6 Cr in the quarter ending March 2025. In a filing with the exchanges, the company said its gross margins improved 47 bps YoY to 48.2% in Q4 FY26, while adjusted EBITDA margin soared 189 bps YoY to 22%.
“We wrapped up FY26 on a strong note, with robust revenue and profit growth while delivering AI-led transformation for our clients,” said Fractal cofounder and group CEO Srikanth Velamakanni.
