Exclusive: RapidClaims In Talks To Raise $30 Mn From WestBridge Capital, Others

AI-powered SaaS startup RapidClaims is in talks to raise around $30 Mn in a funding round led by WestBridge Capital at a valuation of about $200 Mn, sources told Inc42.
The round is expected to be its Series B, with existing investors Accel and Together Fund likely to participate, the sources added.
RapidClaims did not respond to questions sent by Inc42, while WestBridge Capital declined to comment.
Founded in 2023 by Dushyant Mishra, Abhinay Vyas, and Jot Sarup Singh, RapidClaims builds AI-powered revenue cycle management (RCM) software that helps healthcare providers automate medical coding, improve clinical documentation, prevent insurance claim denials, and recover outstanding payments.
The startup primarily caters to healthcare providers in the US, helping them address billing errors, rejected claims, and delays in reimbursements.
Automating Healthcare Revenue Workflows
RapidClaims’ products include RapidCode for medical coding, RapidVBC for clinical documentation and risk adjustment, and RapidRecovery for managing denied claims, automating appeals, and detecting underpayments.
The platform integrates with healthcare providers’ existing electronic health record systems. It serves physician groups, hospitals, health systems, federally qualified health centres (FQHCs), and ambulatory surgery centres, among other healthcare organisations.
The startup is also developing inpatient coding capabilities with design partners, extending its automation tools to coding for hospital admissions.
In April 2025, RapidClaims raised $8 Mn in a Series A round led by Accel, with participation from Together Fund. It also disclosed that it had previously raised $3 Mn in seed funding. RapidClaims had earmarked the Series A proceeds for expanding its go-to-market efforts, strengthening its technology and product capabilities, and growing its sales and marketing teams.
At the time, the startup said it had grown sixfold over the preceding four months and served a double-digit client base. It was also looking to expand its presence among FQHCs, physician groups, outpatient facilities, and ambulatory surgery centres.
Investors Bet On Automation
The proposed fundraise comes amid increasing investor interest in startups looking to automate healthcare administration and insurance workflows.
In October, Confido Health raised $12.5 Mn in a Series A extension led by Z47, taking its total Series A funding to $22.5 Mn. The startup develops AI agents for tasks including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prescription refills, and payment collection.
Meanwhile, Consint.AI raised ₹22 Cr to expand internationally and develop its AI capabilities for fraud detection and claims processing. Its products automate claims processing, digitise documents, and standardise healthcare records.
