Everstone Capital-Backed Wingify Ropes In Ex-Dayforce Mehernaz Dalal As CFO

SaaS major Wingify has appointed former Dayforce APAC CFO Mehernaz Dalal its new CFO, effective immediately.

Dalal most recently has been an independent CFO and strategic advisor to CEOs and boards across the APAC region before taking over her new role. Prior to which, she worked with Dayforce for more than five years until 2025 in Singapore

She brings about 26 years of experience to the Everstone Capital-backed company’s C-suite. Prior to Dayforce, she has worked with companies like Patni Computer Systems, Glodyne Technoserve and Subex.

At Wingify, she will work closely with CEO Sparsh Gupta, the leadership team, Everstone, and the board, to build the financial and operating platform that supports its next phase of growth.

Founded in 2009 by Gupta and Paras Chopra, the SaaS startup remained bootstrapped from inception until private equity firm Everstone Capital acquired a majority stake in the company for $200 Mn in 2025.

Its flagship platform VWO is primarily known for its A/B testing capabilities, which allows enterprises to deploy and test new user interface (UI) features and see which one performs better against a defined goal like conversions or click-through rates.

Earlier this year, Wingify merged with Paris-based AB Tasty to form an experimentation and personalisation platform, valued at more than $500 Mn.

It claimed that the combined business surpassed $100 Mn in annual revenue and serves more than 4,000 customers globally.

The startup said that “Dalal’s appointment comes at a significant inflection point for Wingify as VWO and AB Tasty come together to create a global digital experience platform with meaningful scale.”
