Eternal Q1: Profit Rises 3X YoY To ₹92 Cr But Declines 47% Sequentially

Eternal, the parent of Blinkit and Zomato, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹92 Cr in the first quarter of FY27. While this was a near 3X jump from ₹25 Cr profit registered in the year-ago quarter, the company’s profit sank 48% on a sequential basis from ₹174 Cr.

Operating revenue skyrocketed 182% YoY and 17% QoQ to ₹20,211 Cr during the quarter under review. Including other income of ₹375 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at ₹20,586 Cr.

Expenses for the quarter stood at ₹20,314 Cr. The company’s tax expenses for the quarter stood at ₹180 Cr.
