D2C Menstrual Hygiene Brand HealthFab Raises ₹20 Cr

Menstrual hygiene-focused D2C brand HealthFab has raised ₹20 Cr (about $2.4 Mn) in its Series A funding round led by Atomic Capital, with participation from Mistry Ventures.
HealthFab plans to deploy the fresh funds to broaden its product portfolio to address the full spectrum of menstrual wellness, including energy, fatigue, and pain. It will also look to scale up quick commerce and general trade distribution to build an omnichannel presence and expand manufacturing capacity.
Founded in 2019 by Kiriti Acharjee, Sourav Chakrabarty, and Satyajit Chakraborty, HealthFab is a period care startup selling products like reusable period underwear GoPadFree. HealthFab also sells disposable period underwear and period pain relief creams through its website, ecommerce marketplaces like Myntra, Meesho, Amazon and Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms Swiggy and Zepto, among others.
The brand plans to scale its active user base 5 Mn over the next three years from 5 Lakh currently. It claims to have achieved a 3X revenue growth year-on-year and is now looking to shift from a product-based startup to expanding across the femtech opportunity which is centered around women’s health and wellness.
HealthFab has raised almost $3.7 Mn in funding till date, including $1 Mn in its pre-Series A round in 2025 from investors including Mistry Ventures, BeyondSeed, Thrive Ventures and angel investors Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh and Peyush Bansal. It also appeared on the TV show Shark Tank India.
While it started off with a sustainability objective to reduce waste generated from menstrual hygiene products by selling reusable period underwear, HealthFab has since expanded to capture the entire period lifestyle.
Several startups have emerged in this space in recent years owing to increased focus on female wellness beyond hygiene products — a space that was dominated by legacy FMCG players like Whisper and Stayfree earlier. FabHealth’s competitors include Soothe, PeeSafe, Sanfe, Nua, Sirona, Plush, among others.
