Amagi Q1: Profit Jumps 8.6X YoY To ₹33.9 Cr, Revenue Rises 32%

Media SaaS company Amagi Media Labs’ consolidated net profit jumped 8.6X to ₹33.9 Cr in the June quarter of the financial year 2026-27 (Q1 FY27) from ₹3.9 Cr in the year-ago period.

However, profit declined marginally from ₹34.3 Cr in the March quarter.

Amagi’s operating revenue grew 32.4% YoY to ₹436.9 Cr during the quarter under review from ₹330.1 Cr in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, operating revenue increased 10.1% from ₹397 Cr.

Including other income of ₹17.6 Cr, the company’s total income stood at ₹454.5 Cr in Q1 FY27. 

Amagi’s total expenses increased 22.6% to ₹414.1 Cr from ₹337.7 Cr in Q1 FY26.
